Project Name:

Midwood

Midwood is a residential renovation project in Greenville County focused on improving the home's functionality, flow, and overall livability.

The renovation included the creation of a true fourth bedroom, improvements to both bathrooms, updates to the kitchen, and a variety of interior and exterior improvements throughout the property. Particular attention was given to creating a more practical layout and a more welcoming feel for future homeowners.

Following completion of the renovation, the property was brought to market and is currently under contract.

Project Name:

windmont

Situated on nine wooded acres in Pickens County, Windmont offered privacy and a distinctive setting with a warm, cabin inspired character. While that charm was worth preserving, our goal was to create a home that felt equally welcoming for everyday family living.

Throughout the project, Gale Ridge touched nearly every area of the property. Interior repairs, updated finishes, fresh paint, new countertops, tile work, and a larger front entry door to bring more natural light into the home. Outside, the property received a new garage door, updated landscaping, grading, seeding, and numerous exterior improvements. The driveway, which had been significantly eroded over time, was completely regraded before fresh gravel was installed, restoring both its appearance and long term function. Each improvement was made to complement the home's existing design while enhancing its overall appearance, functionality, and market appeal.

From the first day on site through the final walkthrough, every decision was guided by quality workmanship and attention to detail. The completed home preserves its unique setting and character while offering clean, updated spaces designed for modern family life.

Every Gale Ridge project reflects our commitment to careful planning, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful improvements that respect the home while preparing it for its next chapter.

Tigris

Project Name:

Tigris was a residential renovation project completed by Gale Ridge in Greenville County. The project focused on updating the home while preserving the character and functionality that already existed.

Interior improvements included new flooring, countertops, plumbing fixtures, paint, and finish updates throughout the home. Exterior improvements focused heavily on drainage, grading, landscaping, and restoration of the backyard to create a more functional outdoor space.

The completed project was successfully brought back to market and sold to its new owner.

Project Name:

Dutchman

Dutchman was a comprehensive renovation project involving significant repairs, rehabilitation, and updating throughout the property. Years of deferred maintenance, damage, and clutter required extensive cleanup before renovation work could begin.

Over the course of the project, Gale Ridge completed improvements throughout the home, addressing flooring, plumbing, electrical, interior finishes, exterior repairs, landscaping, and outdoor living areas. Care was taken to preserve and improve existing features where practical while modernizing the home for future owners.

From initial cleanup through final completion, Dutchman required a wide range of repairs and improvements that touched nearly every area of the property. The completed renovation has transformed the home into a clean, functional, and move in ready property that is currently under contract.
